Ephesians 3:17-19
I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ and to know this love that surpasses knowledge–that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
When Saved You Are Justified (By Christ’s Sacrifice)
Romans 3:23-26 …all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God and are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. God presented Him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in His blood. He did this to demonstrate His justice, because in His forbearance He left the sins committed beforehand unpunished– He did it to demonstrate His justice at the present time, to be shown just and to be the One Who justifies those who have faith in Jesus.
Romans 3:27-28 Where, then, is boasting? It is excluded. On what principle? On that of observing the law? No, but on that of faith. For we maintain that a man is justified by faith apart from observing the law.
Romans 5:1-2 Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through Whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God!
Romans 5:9 Since we have now been justified by His blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through Him!
1 Corinthians 6:9-11 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that was what some of you were! But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
Galatians 2:16 …know that a man is not justified by observing the law, (Religion) but by faith in Jesus Christ. So, we have put our faith in Christ Jesus that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by observing the law, (Religion) because by observing the law no one will be justified.
Titus 3:3-7 Once we were foolish, disobedient, deceived and enslaved by all kinds of passions and pleasures. We lived in malice and envy, being hated and hating one another. But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of His mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, Whom He poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by His grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life.
When Saved You Are Sanctified (Made Holy by Sacrifice)
1 Corinthians 1:2 To the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be holy, together with all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 6:11 …you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
Hebrews 2:11 …both He that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of One: for which cause He is not ashamed to call them brethren…
Hebrews 10:9-10 Then He said, “Here I am, I have come to do Your will.” …by that will, we have been sanctified through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
Hebrews 10:14 …by one sacrifice He has made perfect forever those who are sanctified.
When Saved You Are Glorified (Made Holy by Sacrifice)
Romans 8:30 …those whom He predestined, He also called; those He called, He also justified; those He justified, He also glorified.
Colossians 1:24-27 I rejoice in what was suffered for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking regarding Christ’s afflictions, for the sake of His body, which is the church. I have become its servant by the commission God gave me to present to you the Word of God in its fullness– the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations but is now disclosed to the saints. To us God has chosen to make known from amongst all the nations; the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
Colossians 3:1-4 Since, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, Who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory!
