The Amazing Things God Gives You When You Are Saved  Pt. 7

When Saved You Have Peace With God
Romans 5:1  Therefore, since we have been made right in God’s sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us.

When Saved You Are Reconciled To God
Romans 5:10-11  For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received the reconciliation.

2 Corinthians 5:18  Now all things are of God, Who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ and has given us the ministry of reconciliation…

Colossians 1:19-22  …it pleased the Father that in Him all His fullness should dwell and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross. And you, who once were alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works but now He has reconciled you in the body of His flesh through death, to present you holy and blameless and above reproach in His sight–

When Saved Your Sins Are Forgiven
Colossians 2:13-14  …you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses, having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross.

Colossians 1:13-14  He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in Whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins.

1 John 2:12  I write to you, little children, Because your sins are forgiven you for His name’s sake.

Luke 5:18-20  Then behold, men brought on a bed a man who was paralyzed, whom they sought to bring in and lay before Him. When they could not find how they might bring him in, because of the crowd, they went up on the housetop and let him down with his bed through the tiling into the midst before Jesus. When He saw their faith, He said to him, “Man, your sins are forgiven you.”

Luke 5:21-25  …the scribes and the Pharisees began to reason, saying, “Who is this Who speaks blasphemies? Who can forgive sins but God alone?” Jesus perceived their thoughts and answered them, “Why are you reasoning in your hearts?  Which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Rise up and walk’?  But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”–He said to the man who was paralyzed, “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.”  Immediately he rose up before them, took up what he had been lying on and departed to his own house, glorifying God.

Luke 7:48-50  Then He said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.” And those who sat at the table with Him began to say to themselves, “Who is this Who even forgives sins?” Then He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.”

Matthew 12:31  And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.

Luke 24:45-47  And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures. Then He said to them, “Thus it is written, and thus it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead the third day, and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name to all peoples, beginning at Jerusalem.

Revelation 1:5-7  To Him Who loves us and has freed us from our sins by His blood and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve His God and Father–to Him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen! Look, HE is coming with the clouds and every eye will see Him, even those who pierced Him; and all the peoples of the earth will mourn because of Him. So shall it be! Amen!
