Behold Your King!!

Be Ready To Allow God To Use Any Resource You Possess!
Luke 19:29-31  As He approached Bethphage and Bethany at the hill called the Mount of Olives, He sent two of His disciples, saying to them, “Go to the village ahead of you, and as you enter it, you will find a colt tied there, which no one has ever ridden. Untie it and bring it here.  If anyone asks you, ‘Why are you untying it?’ tell him, ‘The Lord needs it.'”

Our Investment In His Work Fulfills Prohecy
Matthew 21:4-5  This took place to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet: “Say to the Daughter of Zion, ‘See, your King comes to you, gentle and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.'”

Isaiah 11:9b  …for the earth will be full of the knowledge of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.

All Ministry Tasks Are Vital
Matthew 21:6-8  The disciples went and did as Jesus had instructed them. They brought the donkey and the colt, placed their cloaks on them, and Jesus sat on them. A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road

When You Commit To Him You Will See His Power
Luke 19:37-38  When He came near the place where the road goes down the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of disciples began joyfully to praise God in loud voices for all the miracles they had seen: “Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”

EVEN THE ROCKS AND TREES AND ALL OF CREATION PRAISE HIM!
Luke 19:39-40  Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!”  “I tell you,” He replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out!”

Romans 1:20-22  Since the creation of the world; God’s invisible qualities–His eternal power and divine nature–have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. Although they knew of God, they neither glorified Him as God nor gave thanks to Him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools…

Psalm 98:7-9  Let the sea resound, and everything in it! The world, and all who live in it! Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy; let them sing before the Lord, for He comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples with equity.

Psalm 148:1-14  Praise the LORD. Praise the LORD from the heavens, praise him in the heights above. Praise him, all his angels, praise him, all his heavenly hosts. Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars. Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies. Let them praise the name of the LORD, for he commanded and they were created. He set them in place for ever and ever; he gave a decree that will never pass away. Praise the LORD from the earth, you great sea creatures and all ocean depths,
…lightning and hail, snow and clouds, stormy winds that do His bidding, you mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars, wild animals and all cattle, small creatures and flying birds, kings of the earth and all nations, you princes and all rulers on earth, young men and maidens, old men and children. Let them praise the name of the LORD, for His name alone is exalted; His splendor is above the earth and the heavens. He has raised up for His people a horn, the praise of all His saints, of Israel, the people close to His heart. Praise the LORD!

Nations That Forsake Him Face Annihilation
Luke 19:41-44  As He approached Jerusalem, He wept over it  and said, “If you, even you, had only known on this day what would bring you peace–but now it is hidden from your eyes. The days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment against you and encircle you and hem you in on every side. They will dash you to the ground, you and the children within your walls. They will not leave one stone on another, because you did not recognize the time of God’s coming to you.”

Our Public Worship Helps Others To Seek For Him
Matthew 21:10-11  When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred and asked, “Who is this?” The crowds answered, “This is Jesus, the Prophet from Nazareth in Galilee.”

Access To God Is Not For Sale
Matthew 21:12  Jesus entered the temple area and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves…

1 Peter 4:17  …the time has come for judgement, and it must begin first among God’s own household.

The Worship Of God Is Open To ALL PEOPLE
Mark 11:17  He taught them, “Is it not written: “‘My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations (ethnos)’? But you have made it ‘a den of robbers!’”

Isaiah 56:6-8  …foreigners who bind themselves to the LORD to serve Him, to love the name of the LORD, and to worship Him, who keep the Sabbath without desecrating it and who hold fast to My covenant– these I will bring to My holy mountain and give them joy in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on My altar; for My house will be called a house of prayer for all nations.”  The Sovereign LORD declares– He who gathers the exiles of Israel: “I will gather still others to them besides those already gathered.”

Praise And Worship Reveal Hearts
Matthew 21:14-15  The blind and the lame came to him at the temple, and he healed them. But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple area, “Hosanna to the Son of David,” they were indignant.

The Lord Abides With Those Who Welcome Him!
Matthew 21:16-17  “Do you hear what these children are saying?” they asked Him. “Yes,” replied Jesus, “have you never read, “‘From the lips of children and infants You have ordained praise?’” So He left them and went out of the city to Bethany, where He spent the night.
