Spiritual Gifts Applied (Faith Part 2)
Hebrews 11:6 …without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
Faith is Certainty
Hebrews 11:1-2 Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see. This is what the ancients were commended for.
Faith Believes What God Says Over What Man Says
Hebrews 11:3 By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God’s command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.
Faith Trusts In God’s Religion Not Man’s!
Hebrews 11:4 By faith Abel offered God a better sacrifice than Cain did. By faith he was commended as a righteous man, when God spoke well of his offerings. And by faith he still speaks, even though he is dead.
God Requires an Offering for Sin
Genesis 4:3-4 Abel kept flocks, and Cain worked the soil. In the course of time Cain brought some of the fruits of the soil as an offering to the LORD. But Abel brought fat portions from some of the firstborn of his flock.
The Offering for Sin Is Specific
Genesis 4:4-5 The LORD looked with favor on Abel and his offering, but on Cain and his offering he did not look with favor.
There Is The Right Way & There Is Our Way
Genesis 4:5-7 …So Cain was very angry, and his face was downcast. Then the LORD said to Cain, “Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must master it.
Manmade Religion Is Utter Futility

Jesus Is The Only Way Salvation
John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me!”

John 11:25-26 Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in Me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in Me and believes in Me will never ever die. Do you believe this, Martha?”
